Since embarking on his career as a mental health therapist in 1993, Warren has amassed extensive experience in counselling individuals, couples, and families, as well as facilitating group therapy sessions. 

His areas of special interest and expertise include high-conflict custody cases, ADHD, and the assessment and diagnosis of high-functioning autism spectrum disorder, where he has made significant contributions to the field.
