Extensive background in child protection, Indigenous community health, and addiction recovery
Experience supporting a widely diverse population of adults through Employee and Family Assistance Programs (EFAP) and virtual counselling
Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, educators, and allied health professionals
Judy’s Approach to Counselling
Judy believes that every person carries within them the seeds of strength, resilience, and wisdom — sometimes hidden beneath life’s storms. Her role is to help uncover and nurture those inner resources. By combining talk therapy with creative, mindfulness, and body-based practices, Judy helps clients reconnect to themselves, release stored tension, and foster emotional balance. Her approach honours the body–mind connection, recognizing that healing involves understanding, and both emotional and body awareness.
